If you are unable to attend a showtime, you may swap seats for future admissions of equal value by contacting River Oaks Theatre via email or phone by 11:15 PM on date of showing.
Seat swaps for admissions of a different value must be completed in person at our guest attendant area.
Refunds for admissions may only be provided up to one hour prior to showtime on date of showing.
Online fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
